The Lake Club is a lakefront subdivision on Lake Greenwood located near the dam in Chappells, SC. It is located off Scurry Church Rd and Cypress Point Dr.
It was originally started in 2008 with 15 lots on Lake Club Dr. Future plans included an additional 9 lots for a total of 24 lots; however, the second phase was not completed.
The developer of The Lake Club is selling its remaining lots, acreage, and common areas of the subdivision. This includes lake frontage on Lake Greenwood and road frontage on Cypress Point Dr, Cypress Point Rd, and Scurry Church Rd.
