These homes are properties that were foreclosed and are now being sold at absolute auction. All of the properties will sell to the highest bidder through an online auction conducted at www.terryhowe.com. Specific dates will be available soon.
The online auction will include properties in the following counties: Beaufort, Berkeley, Charleston, Chester, Chesterfield, Clarendon, Colleton, Darlington, Dillon, Dorchester, Florence, Hampton, Horry, Lancaster, Marion, Marlboro, Newberry, Sumter and York.
