The developer of the Landing at Lake Greenwood is selling its remaining lots. There are 10 previously platted lots, each selling individually. This includes 2 lots with seasonal lake frontage and 8 interior lots.
Group Extended Bidding: Group extended bidding applies to all of the lots in this auction. If bidding is extended on one lot, then bidding will be extended on all lots in this auction for 4 minutes. Bidding will remain open until no additional bids are received on any of the lots during a 4 minute period.
Lots with Seasonal Lake Frontage
These lots do not have year round water when Lake Greenwood is drawn down in the winter.
