This auction is being conducted for Machinery Maintenance & Rebuilders, Inc. They have been at 711 W. Washington Street in Greenville, SC for 25 years. They are not closing or slowing down, but as Greenville has grown it is time to repurpose their building and relocate their business. In the past a portion of their business was to buy surplus machinery they would refurbish and resale. They have a warehouse full of machines, tooling, parts, and more they are not going to move. Thus, the auction is conducted to reduce this inventory. 

This building is divided into rooms and each room is packed tight. Please bring a lot of PATIENCE when loading. We highly recommend you come to the inspection and locate the items for which you are placing bids. Everything cannot be loaded on the first day and you may need to wait several days to load or make more than one trip. The seller has agreed to load a lot of the machinery. However, many of the small items can be loaded by hand. Please bring hand trucks, carts, and help if necessary to load the small items on the first day of removal. READ the description, some machines will require a rigger hired by you, the buyer, to remove. 

The inspection date will be the day before bidding ends. The removal date will start on the day after bidding ends. Full payment is due within 24 hours of the end of the auction regardless of when your purchases are picked up. 

There are just under 2000 items in this auction. The closing of bidding will last several hours, so set aside the time to attend the auction and keep bidding to the end.
