The Mobile home is selling as part of an estate settlement.
The owner of the park where it is located has said it has to be moved. Lot rent is current, and seller will pay the June rent. Utilities will be disconnected within a few days after the conclusion of the auction.
Sales tax and 2021 property taxes will be paid by the buyer.
Payment in full will be due within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction, and the buyer will be given an executed title. Any personal property not removed within 3 days after the auction will remain with the home. Attend the auction preview, view additional photos and video!
