This property has 3300+ feet of road frontage on Pobiddy Rd.

A small portion of the property was previously designated and used for an inert landfill (12.51± acres per survey). Examples of inert materials include yard debris, tree clippings, concrete, or cured asphalt. This landfill was not used for household garbage. A small storage shed remains on the property. It was used as a gatehouse when the property was in use.

The landfill has been certified as closed per documentation provided by Georgia Environmental Protection Division. This information is included in the Contract Package for this property.

Parcel 2 – 56.42± acres
This property has 1200+ feet of road frontage on Pobiddy Rd.

This property has not been used for anything specific by the City or County. It was previously permitted for a Municipal Solid Waste Landfill in the 1990s. Although it was planned and permitted at that time, it was never constructed or used as a landfill. There is a small area of broken concrete on the property. See video and photos for details.
