The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development has contracted with Terry Howe & Associates, Inc. Auctioneers to sell 28 residential homes in an online only auction in July.
The USDA has foreclosed on these properties and is now liquidating them from its inventory. There are 11 homes located in 6 upstate counties, including Anderson, Greenville, Greenwood, Laurens, Spartanburg and Union counties, and 17 homes located in Charleston, Colleton, Georgetown, Hampton, Jasper, and Williamsburg counties.
All of the houses will be sold at online auction at www.terryhowe.com. All properties are being sold at absolute auction, selling to the highest bidder regardless of price.

These homes will be open for inspection for interested purchasers, and videos of the properties are also available. The auction will close at various times during the week of July 19.
