Terry Howe& Associates Attend/Teach at NAA Conference and Show

Taylors, SC – Representing Terry Howe & Associates, Inc., Terry Howe, CAI, AARE and Brandon Howe, CAI, AARE attended the National Auctioneers Association’s 60th International Auctioneers Conference and Show this year in Overland Park, Kansas. During July 13-18, attendees learned best practices and strategies from numerous business and marketing leaders. Terry Howe, CAI, AARE taught a seminar titled “Money Talk – Professional Fees for a Professional Service” to a full room on Wednesday, July 15 from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM.
The class featured examples of accounting and business skills that are reflective of both an auctioneer’s operational costs and service level. First it stressed how a business discovers the cost of operation. Second it defined common factors in professional service and how an auctioneer structures fees in order to offer that level of service.
About 90 auctioneers attended the session. Terry Howe, CAI, AARE has been asked to give the seminar again at a future conference. This was the third time he gave this specific seminar.
